Induction Collaboration Resources for Participating Teachers & Induction Coaches

Below are all resources that will be referenced during Induction Collaboration. Prior to attending your session, please be sure you have applicable resources downloaded to your device.  

Observations

Observations are to be completed throughout the year based on your need. As a Year 1 teacher, you will have the opportunity to have 2 observations conducted throughout the year, with at least 1 observation being an Observation by Coach. It will be your responsibility to pace your observations so that at least 1 observation is conducted in the fall semester and uploaded by November 9th. The 2nd observation is due by April 19th. All options for these observations will be further discussed during Induction Collaboration. Please see the protocols below for instructions on each type of observation.
