School Site Administration

  • The Site Administrator plays a critical role in supporting teachers in Induction by providing ongoing guidance, feedback, and encouragement throughout their development. They help create the conditions for success by ensuring teachers have the time, resources, and site-based support needed to grow their instructional practice.
    • Please remember, the activities of your teacher's Induction program can play no part in their formal evaluation. This includes your teacher's Individual Learning Plan which is designed and implemented solely for the professional growth and development of the participating teacher and not for evaluation for employment purposes.
    • All Site Administrator Roles and Responsibilities can be found here.
  • Site Administrators, please complete an Induction Coach Nomination to designate one or more of your superstar teachers to serve as a mentor for your teachers.
